As more churches seek to use drama as part of worship, new resources are needed. (Most of us don’t have the luxury of having playwrights in our congregations, after all!) Kregel Publications has released a series entitled Dramas With A Message, written by Doug Fagerstrom, executive pastor at Calvary Churcgh in Grand Rapids. The latest editions (Volumes 4 and 5) each contain 21 dramatic sketches (5-7 minutes each) dealing with issues for the local church: prayer, money, love, revenge, truth, hope, fear, etc. The material is designed to be reproduced and distributed to members of your drama team.
