Five-year-old Billy and Susie went to Billy’s mom one day and said, “How do people get married?”
Billy’s mom said, “Well, first they go to the courthouse and get a marriage license.”
Billy replied, “OK, can you take us to the courthouse to get a marriage license?”
Mom laughed and said, “No, you’re too young to get one of those.”
Billy thought for a minute and then said, “Well then, can we get a learner’s permit?”
