Here’s a record you can take a bite out of.

A team of 100 chefs in Naples, Italy, broke the world record by creating a mile-long pizza. The 6,082-foot-long pizza broke the Guinness World Record for the longest pizza, besting the previous record of just over 5,234 feet. The pizza took 11 hours to bake, and included 44,000 pounds of flour, 3,500 pounds of tomatoes, and 44,000 pounds of cheese, according to a May 20 UPI story.

Onlookers had a chance to sample the pizza, then the rest was donated to local charities.
