The apostle Peter is a model for many believers—good and bad. In his book Chiseled by the Master’s Hand (Kregel), Erwin W. Lutzer shares a variety of life lessons from the biblical stories of God’s work in Peter’s life. This would be an interesting idea for a sermon series (which is, I suspect, how the book originated).
