As I grow older, I find myself drawing more and more insight from reading the prayers of others. John Killinger is an old friend with whom I disagree on many points of theology, but I was blessed by reading his new book Enter Every Trembling Heart: Prayers For Christian Worship (Abingdon Press). John is an excellent writer, and pastors will find many ideas and phrases here that will encourage their own public and private prayer.
