Organizational Leadership is a well-researched and well-written anthology on leadership by eight contributing authors. Filled with practical anecdotes, the authors address leadership issues, including calling, theological and theoretical foundations, communication, conflict, negotiation, decision-making, financial integrity and sustaining leadership. The book mediates the tension found between leaders in the business world who think church leadership is dysfunctional and church leaders who think there are too many business models invading the church. Both sides can learn from one another and Organizational Leadership seeks to promote that conversation. The first and last chapters by Tim Dolan are worth the price of the book.
