Justine Brown joined Brown Church Development Group in 2016 to be a lead designer in the architecture firm. Her diverse design background began with designing award-winning facilities in collegiate recreation, and working with some of the top athletic programs in the nation to develop better facilities for training, recruiting, and stadium game-day experience. Her understanding of ministry and the psychology of how people interact with the built-environment allows her to create spaces that function specifically for an individual church’s ministry goals. Her personal involvement in missions and church-planting has taken her all across the globe exposing her to different cultures, worship styles, teaching, and design. As a designer, she looks to understand the heart and the ministry of the church, and designs intentionally to reflect and cultivate their mission of spreading the gospel in and through their facility.
