According to Mental Floss magazine, U.S. currency does not circulate very long. A dollar bill lasts about 21 months; a five dollar bill, 16 months; a 10 dollar bill, 18 months; and a 20 dollar bill, 24 months. While currency itself does not last long, the effect of what is invested in God’s kingdom work lasts for an eternity.
