clergy revealed – 66% feel lonely and isolated, 80% sometimes experience feelings
of futility, and 90% suffer stress because of problems with parishioners. Many
are tired after a 55-hour week, but most say they are 95% satisfied with their
work.

I received an interesting chain letter the other day. It went like this:
To Whom It May Concern:
If you are not satisfied with your present pastor mail this letter to the 6 churches listed at the top of the letter. The pack up your pastor and ship him to the church at the bottom of the list
At the end of 2 weeks, you should receive a total of 16,436 pastors – one of them is bound to be a dandy!
But beware! One church broke this chain and received their old pastor back!
